Jim serves as the Managing Partner and Market Leader for the Colliers International Idaho Offices. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the brokerage and property management services, business development and departmental objectives. Prior to joining Colliers, Jim was the Executive Vice President & Partner at Phillips Edison & Company where he helped generate over $200M of ground-up development and acquisition for net lease properties throughout the United States.
TOM CLARK - Keynote Speaker
President & CEO of Collaborative Economic Development, Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation
Tom Clark is retired as the CEO of the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation and the Executive Vice President of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Clark has been directly involved in efforts which resulted in the construction of Denver International Airport, Coors Field, the Colorado Rockies, the Colorado Convention Center and numerous other major development projects. He also helped raise over $30 million in economic development efforts since 2003 and was involved in the passing of a $4.7 billion light rail and bus transit initiative called FasTracks.
Tom has received distinguished leadership awards from the Denver Regional Council of Governments, the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, and the Distinguished Community Service Award from the Arvada Economic Development Association. Mr. Clark is frequently quoted in the national business and economic media.

Mr. Boespflug has performed real estate valuations of fee simple, leased fee, easement, and leasehold interests of existing and proposed developments for 12 years throughout Idaho, Washington and Oregon. Mr. Boespflug was born and raised in Boise and founded the Colliers Valuation Boise office in 2014. He brings a wealth of knowledge and has statistics, charts and graphs to prove it.
